Getting Started

What if I’ve never trained with you before?

We absolutely love first timers! Join our awesomely fun & self paced V45 classes where we will educate you on everything you need to know about VidaFit and how to get the most from your training. In these classes you will learn allot of foundational movements, safe lifting principals, get a feel for how the classes are structured and most of all ,you will experience the warm, fun, energetic & friendly vibe within our amazing facility. We strongly recommend a minimum of 10 V45 classes initially and after that you will be more then ready to join in and mix it up with the awesome Crossfit crew and any of the other classes on offer. What if I am already fit??

Excellent! That means your transition into our classes will be quicker then most! We will still ask that you take it a little easier initially to adjust to the higher intensity & to learn all the different movement patterns, skills and safe lifting practices. After that you will be set to go!

What if I already Crossfit?

Awesome! Check out our “Session Times” have a look through the website and we will see you at the next class!

Do I have to be fit to start?

No, but you have to start to be fit! Whether it is your first time ever exercising, you’re returning to exercise after a break or you train regularly, everyone is catered for. Our expert coaches will “scale” loads, times, rounds, distances and movements to suit your physical capabilities.

What is VidaFit?

You tell us! The easiest way is to pop in for a free session and experience it for yourself. With 12 different training styles & almost 90 classes to chose from every week the variety within VidaFit you will not see anywhere else! Let’s just say, your training will never get stale!

I won’t be able to keep up with everyone?

Yes you will! Our experienced coaches will work with you and give you alternate exercises and loads where needed to ensure you are able to keep up with the pack & always remember the only competition is against yourself!

I’m really nervous and scared to start

Good! That’s totally normal. So is everyone else. You will never experience a more compassionate, friendly, positive and supporting environment then what you will experience with us. Remember the journey of 1000 miles starts with 1 tiny courageous step. You take that step and we will handle the rest!
